Eccentric bearing, is a commonly used bearing type. It mainly includes outer ring, inner ring, rolling basket, and rolling body. Eccentric bearing has simple structure, is easy to use. The eccentric functions can be achieved without eccentric shaft , thus reducing the manufacturing costs.
Eccentric bearing is one of the important bearings used in cylindrical reducer bearing. Original eccentric bearing consists of three parts: an eccentric sleeve and two 502 series of cylindrical rollers. Eccentric sleeve and bearing ring are integrated, forming eccentric bearings.
Classification
One kind is double row tapered roller eccentric bearing, mainly installed on both sides of the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder of the printer.
Another one is double raceway with negative clearance and eccentric cylindrical roller bearing units, installed on both sides of the rubber roller of the printing machine. Because of its special structure, hollow cylindrical roller bearing has strong absorb er, precision long life and overload protection function, compared with the conventional rolling bearing.
